You had a dream when you started your business. I want to help you get there faster. I can take the pressure off of worrying about the headaches of bookkeeping, leaving you time to do what you do best. Feed your dream.
Is On Track Bookkeeping Right for Your Business?
My bookkeeping service plan is custom designed to help small businesses that don't need a full-time (or even part-time) on-staff bookkeeper, yet still allows you outside help that is affordable. With my small-business packages, you invoice your customers (if applicable), make your own deposits, and pay your own bills throughout the month. You handle your day-to-day business, which saves you money. My role is to ensure that those transactions are recorded in your accounting software properly (including higher-level accounting transactions such as loans, asset purchases, depreciation, etc). I perform the month-end reconciliations and ensure that your financial reports are in order. I will work with your tax preparer so that we are always on the same page, making tax time seamless (and less stressful) for you. Reach out to me today via my "Contact" page to discuss your options!
Having a virtual bookkeeper isn't for everyone, and that's alright. Here are some things to think about to help you decide.
Are you comfortable with having a completely virtual bookkeeper?
This is a good fit if you are a small business that does not have the need for (or want) an employee bookkeeper (maybe you don't have office space, don't want to oversee an employee in this position, or don't have enough work to keep an employee busy).
This is a good fit if you want to use (or are already using) an online accounting software program (QuickBooks Online, Wave, etc) or do not need access to a software (you want to simply provide source documents and receive reports back, or just want your book work tracked to give to your accountant for tax preparation).
There are lots of benefits of outsourcing your bookkeeping to a virtual bookkeeper. Check out my FAQ page to read more: FAQ
